Refund Policy

Q: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
A: We strive to give the best buying experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, continue reading for instructions on initiating a return.

For the T-shirt;

To be eligible for a return, please note the following:
• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags must be attached, where applicable
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item
• All shipping costs are non-refundable

To initiate a return, contact us at miyagi.calligraphy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at miyagi.calligraphy@gmail.com.

To expedite the return process, please include the following in your e-mail:
• Name
• Order Number
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for Return Request
• Photo of purchased item

Please note that items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As for Stickers;

There would be no returns. We may be able to send you new stickers in case of damaged products (*shipping rate may apply*).
